On the morning of May 11, Hai Phong City People’s Committee and Hoang Huy Group jointly held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of 3 mixed-use buildings of Hoang Huy Commerce project in Kenh Duong and Vinh Niem wards, Le Chan district. This is one of the events to celebrate the 66th anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day (May 13, 1955 – May 13, 2021) and look forward to the election of deputies to the XV National Assembly, the election of deputies to the People’s Council. level, term 2021 – 2026.

Hoang Huy Commerce project has the construction scale of 2 mixed buildings (Building H1 includes 3 tower blocks; Building H2 includes 1 tower block) and the external technical infrastructure system is built on the land with a total area. area 26,308.5m2.
The project is divided into 2 phases: Phase 1 will invest in building 3 common podium towers (Lotus, Camellia, Tulip) on an area of 16,671.82 m2 with 2,496 luxury apartments. The project has 39 floors, including: 3 basements used for parking and 36 floors above ground (of which 3 floors are used as a commercial – entertainment – entertainment center; 1 refuge floor and 32 floors of apartments with a total of 3 floors). number of 2,496 apartments).
