The project is located in a prime position, bordered by the Han River to the East and one of the most vibrant entertainment complexes in the city to the West. To the South lies Thang Long Park along the Cam Le riverside, while Son Tra Mountain rises to the North. This unique setting offers a remarkable 360-degree panoramic view from above, creating a distinctive landmark for the city, surrounded by majestic natural landscapes.
As the project includes multiple high-rise towers, we designed one straight tower and one star-shaped tower to maximize the number of apartments with direct views of the Han River. The remaining units are all designed with open views, avoiding direct facing units and overlooking of internal courtyards.
The architectural form is distinctive and dynamic, avoiding a closed or rigid feeling. In addition, the swimming pool is positioned to provide a spectacular panoramic view of Da Nang City.
