We are hiring for the position of Interior Design Lead Architect (Hanoi)
HPA DESIGN has an opening for the position of Interior Design Lead Architect. Specific information is as follows:
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Position: Interior Design Lead Architect
- English: Intermediate level (good English proficiency is an advantage)
- Proficient in design and graphic software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
- Age: No limitation
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in interior design and construction documentation for high-end residential projects, hotels, restaurants, and public amenities
- Ability to develop design concepts, storytelling, mood boards, and preliminary design proposals, present ideas, and guide team members in developing 3D design solutions
- Ability to coordinate and manage the preparation of detailed construction drawings based on the approved design concept
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior equipment, with up-to-date industry awareness
- Ability to plan project schedules and manage assigned tasks effectively
- Strong presentation, reporting, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Revit and other 3D software is a plus
- Requirement: Applicants must submit CV and Portfolio.
